Returns

We offer an easy SATISFACTION GUARANTEED 30-day return policy on purchases. Please keep the following details in mind:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our standard return policy will apply.
  • Returned items must be in new, resalable condition, include all original components and be in the original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless items are delivered damaged or shipped in error by Hold Nature.
  • For defective or unacceptable products, please contact us via email within 72 hours of receipt, please include photo, and we will replace the product for you.

NOTE:Returns not accepted if return is dropped off beyond 30 days after delivery date.

The following items may not be returned or have additional restrictions:

  • Any custom products.
  • Any items noted as non-returnable on the product detail page.
  • Any items noted as special order on the product detail page.

  • We highly encourage you to use the pre-paid label to ensure your refund/exchange is processed. If you ship the item(s) with another courier, you risk not receiving a refund if the item is lost or damaged in transit.
  • Return shipping charges are not refundable.Fees are calculated based on several variables including the specific product and service level selected.Please refer to the actual return label.
  • We will process your refund payment once your item is in transit with FedEx. Please allow up to 5 business days to see the statement posted in your financial accounts.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the item and drop it at FedEx, our only carrier. We are unable to offer call tag services at the customer’s request. FedEx cannot pick up your returns; you will have to drop them off at a FedEx location.
  • We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging, just in case you need to return your item(s). We are unable to ship you separate boxes for return purposes.

  • If you change your mind about your purchase before it arrives, please accept delivery.  After receiving the product you can refer to our return policy to return the product.

    Printer Less Option

    • If you don’t have a printer, we will email you a QR code that allows you to return your item(s) to more than 11,000+ eligible FedEx Office  locations across the US. In the email, you will find the QR code, suitable locations, and instructions on proceeding with the return.

    Exchange

    • The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own, and once you accept the return, purchase the new item separately.

      Damage

      • If your item(s) arrives with extensive damage and you are unable to ship it back, please send a photo of the damaged item to Holdnatureservice@gmail.com  and request a refund or exchange.

      Refund

      • We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.If approved, you will be automatically refunded through the original payment method.Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue a refund.(If payment was sent using a debit or credit card, it may take up to 30 days to refund the card. / If you make a purchase using your bank account or PayPal balance, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account in 3 to 5 days.)
      • If your bank and credit card company do not have any information, feel free to contact our service team and we will do everything we can to assist you.

      NOTE: Returns will only be accepted from within the continental United States. We reserve the right to refuse any return if it is found to be in non-compliance with or a misuse of our policies.
