Delivery time for Holdnature orders vary. If something you’ve ordered has already been crafted by hand and is in-stock, delivery is 2-7 business days in North America. Unfortunately, due to challenges relating to COVID-19 and interruptions in the global supply chain, shipping estimates may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience at this time as we refine our shipping to be the fastest and most affordable it can be, prioritizing the customer.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT’S SHIPPED?
All Holdnature orders are processed during business hours Monday to Friday. Once the item is shipped, all customers are sent an email with the relevant order tracking information, if there is any to include from the shipper.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ‘BILLING ADDRESS’ AND ‘SHIPPING ADDRESS’?
When putting in your order with Holdnature , payment information will require a billing address. This is the address used to register the account you are making payment from. Also required to complete your order is a shipping address. This is where you want the product shipped to. The billing address and shipping address may be the same or different.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
The only way you can cancel or change an order is if it’s done prior to it being shipped. Once your Holdnature order is shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or change the order. If you want to cancel or change your order, please refer to our Refund Policy
ARE MY PAYMENT DETAILS AND DATA SECURE?
Holdnature offers secure payment methods online directly through, powered by Shopify. All payment information and data is kept secure through Shopify standards and policies. PayPal is the only payment method.
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you can place orders without an account. However, our team can better serve you in the process and with future orders through your personal customer account. Your personal information will be perfectly protected by Holdnature With an account, our customer care team can easily and quickly find your order and invoice history should you have a problem with a purchase.
