We want you to love your new plant! However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Our goal is to make the return process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
For customers in the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK): You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it:

✅ Unused/Unworn: No signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

✅ Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must still be attached to the product.

✅ Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box/packaging.
Note: Items returned to us that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
Fees & Charges
For all change-of-mind returns, a 10% handling/restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspection, and repackaging.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
This is the most important part! Plants are fragile during transit.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours is best).

A clear photo or short video showing the issue (e.g., damaged stem, broken pot, wrong plant tag).
We will assess the issue and make it right—typically by offering a replacement or a full refund (including the original shipping cost).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on the following items (unless they arrived damaged or defective):

Live Plants: All plants are final sale for change-of-mind returns due to their perishable nature.

Gift Cards

Sale/Clearance Items: Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or discounted over 30% are non-refundable.

Personal Care & Accessories: Such as fertilizers, tools, pots (if purchased separately), and beauty products.

Hazardous Materials: Including flammable liquids or gases.
Shipping Your Return

Label: Once your return is approved, we will email you a shipping label.

Deduction: The cost of this return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund (unless the return is due to our error).

Packing: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for items damaged on the way back due to poor packaging.

Inspection: Once we receive your package, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.

Approval: We will email you to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Timing: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges
To get the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired item. We do not process direct exchanges.
